How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by taking a picture of your Requisition and texting it to 519 774 0117, emailing it to brg.reqs@gmail.com, or calling us at 519 752 6829.

What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you accept OHIP coverage?

Yes, we accept OHIP coverage, but additional fees may apply. Please check with us for more details.

PocketHealth allows patients to access, store, and share their medical imaging records online securely.

What are the membership options?

There are two membership plans: Flex for $10/month and Unlimited for $49/year serving different storage needs.

How do I access my medical imaging records?

You can access your imaging records online after registering with PocketHealth.

How do I prepare for my exam?

Patients may need to fast for at least 8 hours before an abdominal ultrasound to minimize gas, which interferes with imaging.

When will I get the results of my ultrasound?

Results are typically sent to your doctor within 24-48 hours after the exam, with immediate calls for urgent findings.
