When is the best time to see my baby?

Any time is good, depending on what you'd like to see.

What can I do to get the best 3D/4D/HD images?

Stay hydrated by drinking half a gallon to a whole gallon of water daily for at least a week before your appointment.

Do I need a full bladder for my appointment?

If you are under 20 weeks, yes. Drink two bottles of water one hour before your appointment. Over 20 weeks, a full bladder is not necessary.

What is your refund policy?

We do not have a refund policy, but we do offer a rescan policy if the images are not clear due to the baby’s position.

What is the difference between 2D, 3D, and 4D ultrasound?

2D produces standard black and white images, 3D creates a three-dimensional image of the fetus, and 4D shows 3D imaging in motion.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Can I get an extra Heartbeat Animal for my parents?
