help_outline What is 2D, 3D and 4D?
2D is a standard black and white ultrasound recommended for babies 20 weeks and younger. 3D shows surface anatomy and is ideal between 26-35 weeks. 4D is a real-time video of 3D imaging.
help_outline Does this take the place of an Ultrasound at my doctor’s office?
Absolutely NOT! Our ultrasounds should not replace medical ultrasounds ordered by your healthcare provider.
help_outline Will you provide measurements of the baby or establish a due date?
No, we do not replace any prenatal care and advise establishing a relationship with a healthcare provider for accurate due dates and prenatal assessments.

Yes, ultrasound has been used for 40 years without harmful effects to the baby.
help_outline Is the 4D Ultrasound covered by Insurance?
Insurance does not cover our ultrasounds since they are considered elective procedures.

A physician's referral is not required, but clients must be under active care from a healthcare provider.

Only registered/board certified sonographers with OB/GYN specialty perform the ultrasounds.

Yes, appointments must be made in advance.
help_outline Will I always get a beautiful picture of my baby?
While we strive to get great images, sometimes babies can be camera shy. We allow for a repeat scan at no extra charge if eligible.

Yes, we encourage clients to bring family and friends to share in the experience.
help_outline When are you able to tell the gender of the baby?
We can usually determine gender at 16 weeks, but baby cooperation is necessary.
help_outline What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
Stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours prior. A small snack prior to your appointment can help get the baby active.
help_outline What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We request 24 hours notice for cancellations. If the baby does not cooperate, eligible packages allow for a free rescan within 2 weeks.
