Great service! The facilities are clean and comfortable. I had an x-ray done and the process was quick. Only wish the waiting time could be a bit shorter, but overall a very positive experience.

To book an appointment, please provide your name, date of birth, health card number, phone number, weight, the name and location of your referring physician, and the name of the exam indicated on your requisition.
help_outline Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Yes, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the registration process.
help_outline What is required at the time of registration?
At registration, you need to present the requisition from your referring physician along with your health card number or insurance forms covering the exam cost. If no health coverage is available, payment can be made via cash, debit, MasterCard, or Visa at our Central location, while other locations accept cash only.
help_outline What is the procedure on picking up my images for a specialist appointment?
To request your images, please call 519-672-5270 with the patient's name, date of birth, health card number, exam, and date performed, as well as the specialist's name. A 48-hour notice is required.
help_outline Can I access my images online for my use or to share with my specialist?
Yes, through our partnership with PocketHealth, patients can access their medical imaging records online, share copies via email, burn their own CD, or copy files to a USB.

Requisitions are valid for a period of three months from their issuance by the referring physician.

No, the use of cell phones, cameras, or recording devices is not permitted in the exam rooms.
