Factors such as maternal hydration, fetal position, fetal activity, placental positioning, maternal tissue, and amniotic fluid will affect image quality. Our facility uses state-of-the-art equipment and experienced sonographers to obtain the clearest images possible.

Staying hydrated is crucial; drink plenty of water or non-caffeinated beverages for 3-4 days before your appointment. You do not need a full bladder for the scan.
