Parking is available in the Sacred Heart Doctor’s Building and also in open lots around the area. Validation is provided for parking at our office.

Will I speak with the radiologist regarding my pet?

The radiologist will communicate with your pet's veterinarian promptly after the imaging exam. The veterinarian will then relay the results to you.

How will I receive the results of my pet's imaging study?

You can request to receive the imaging results via email.

How do I schedule/change/cancel an imaging study?

To schedule, modify, or cancel an imaging study, please contact our receptionist at 509-326-3427.

How do I get to Inland Empire Veterinary Imaging?

From I-90, take exit 281 north and continue until reaching Mission Avenue. Alternatively, from north Spokane, take Hwy 395/Division Street south to Mission.

What are payment options for my imaging study?

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover), and Care Credit.

Will I have to withhold food?

Yes, we recommend withholding food for at least 12 hours before the imaging study, but free access to water is permitted.

How long is an imaging study?

The duration varies by study type; expect 2-4 hours for an ultrasound and 4 hours to all day for a CT exam, depending on emergencies.

Who should I contact in case of an emergency?

For emergencies, contact your veterinarian or the Pet Emergency Clinic at 509-326-6670 if after hours or on weekends.

What fertility preservation options are available?

At the Center for Reproductive Health, we offer egg freezing, sperm freezing, and other fertility preservation methods to help patients preserve their fertility for the future.
