Options Pregnancy Clinic offers pregnancy testing, STI testing and treatment, diapers and wipes, first trimester ultrasound, and parenting education classes.

Are there volunteer opportunities available?

Yes, Options is looking for volunteers to assist in various capacities to support the community and those facing unplanned pregnancies.

How do I know if Swedish Radia Imaging Center accepts my insurance plan?

Swedish Radia Imaging Center accepts many insurance plans and bills most insurance companies directly. For a list of accepted plans, please refer to our website.

Can I pay my bill online or call in with a credit card number?

Yes, you can pay your bill by phone or online. For exams performed at Swedish Radia Edmonds, please call (888) 518-2502.

I don't have medical insurance. Can I set up a payment plan? Do I get a discount?

We offer discounts to uninsured patients and can set up a payment plan for your imaging study. Please contact our billing department for details.

Do I need prior authorization from my insurance for my imaging exam?

Many insurance companies require pre-authorization. Please contact your insurance company to determine if this is necessary for your imaging exam.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Make sure to bring your picture ID and insurance information to your appointment.

Will I need a driver to bring me home after my appointment?

Some imaging procedures may require a driver. The imaging scheduler will inform you if this is needed when you make your appointment.

What if I still have questions about my exam after viewing this website?

What type of clothing should I wear?

Wear loose-fitting, metal-free clothing if possible. For MRIs, gowns or scrubs will be provided.

Why do I need to arrive early for my appointment?

Arriving early allows time for check-in and to discuss health history and questions with the technologist.

How can I get a copy of my images and/or report?

Copies of reports and images will be sent to your referring provider automatically. If needed, you can download a Medical Records Request Form to obtain copies for yourself.

Is there a charge for copies of my images or report?

There is no charge for patients to obtain copies of their images or reports.

How long does Radia keep copies of my images/reports?

Radia keeps copies as mandated by state and federal regulations regarding medical records.
