What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please bring a referral form from your medical practitioner, as this is required for most ultrasound scans.

Do I need to confirm my appointment?

Yes, all appointments must be confirmed at least 4 hours beforehand. You will receive a confirmation text message.

Does my scan require any preparation?

Preparation depends on the type of scan. For pregnancy ultrasounds in the first 14 weeks, you need a full bladder. Abdominal scans require fasting for 6 hours.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, Eftpos, credit cards, Q Card, Farmers Finance Card, cheque, online banking, and health insurance.

Can family and friends join me in the examination room?

Yes, we allow one support person and one child, but for comfort, additional family can watch from a family room.

Can I take my ultrasound images with me?

Yes, images can be accessed via our My Scans app, with a $10 processing fee if applicable.

We provide a range of ultrasound services including General Ultrasound, Musculoskeletal / Sports Ultrasound, Pregnancy Ultrasound, Breast Ultrasound, and Liver Elastography among others.
