What should I bring to my first appointment?

It is helpful to bring completed new patient paperwork, which can be filled out online via our patient portal or manually printed and filled out. You may also bring any medical records relevant to your visit.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

How do I schedule my MRI?

Contact your medical provider for an MRI referral. Once approved, their office will fax the referral to us, and we can schedule your appointment the same day.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Please call us to discuss rescheduling options if you cannot arrive at your scheduled appointment.

How to prepare on the day of the MRI?

Eat normally and take regular medications unless advised otherwise. Wear comfortable, metal-free clothing.

What can I expect during my MRI?

You will lie on your back and need to remain still for the examination, which lasts approximately 30 minutes.

What if I’m claustrophobic?

Ask your provider about options for medication to help you relax during the exam. We can provide eye covers or special glasses for comfort.

What is a pre-authorization?

Some insurances require a pre-authorization code prior to the MRI to ensure coverage. We can check if one is needed.
