Our office hours are Tuesday to Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM, except Thursday, which is open until 8 PM. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

You can expect a relaxing atmosphere where you will be required to lay back and enjoy your ultrasound experience.

How many guests are allowed during my visit?

All ultrasound packages include up to 4 guests plus the mom. ONE additional guest can be admitted for a $10 add-on fee.

How can I get the best images of my baby like the ones I see online?

You can help us by staying well-hydrated and drinking plenty of water 5 days before your appointment. This improves image quality by increasing amniotic fluid.

Where are my digital photos?

Please download our Momitalk app to access your digital photos. If you're experiencing issues, contact us for assistance.

Do you accept Medicaid or insurance?

Currently, we do not accept Medicaid or any insurance. Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal.

I'm 35 weeks along; can I still come in?

Yes, please book our Final Debut package for your visit.

What is the difference between 3D, 4D, HD, and 8K ultrasound?

3D provides still images, while 4D adds motion. HD enhances the detail of 3D images, and 8K further improves the realism.

What is your late/rescheduling policy?

All clients receive a 10-minute grace period. If more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule and may forfeit your deposit.

Is 3D/4D ultrasound safe for me and my baby?

Yes, they use the same sound waves as traditional ultrasounds, and we adhere strictly to FDA standards.

Gender determination is generally possible during a 2D ultrasound as early as 16 weeks. However, the visibility of certain details, including gender, can be influenced by the baby's position.

We bring our state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment to your location, whether it's your home, office, or another convenient spot. Simply schedule an appointment, and our registered sonographers will arrive with everything needed for the ultrasound session.

What do I need to do to prepare for an ultrasound session?

Adequate water intake is essential for your overall well-being and plays a significant role in influencing the volume of amniotic fluid, which can impact the clarity of ultrasound images. Drink plenty of water in the hours leading up to your appointment.
