Do you have a no-show policy?

Yes, there is a $50.00 policy for patients who miss their appointment without prior notice. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Are new patients welcome?

Absolutely! We welcome new patients and encourage them to call to schedule an appointment.

What measures are in place for patient safety?

Ellis Medicine has introduced a K9 security dog program, including the recently added dog Wik, who is trained to enhance safety and security in the facility.

When should I get a flu shot?

The flu shot is most effective when received between mid-September and November, but you can still get vaccinated as late as February to receive some protection.

Yes, house calls are available on an appointment basis for homebound patients, though availability is determined on an individual needs basis.

What are your after-hours care options?

After-hours care is available Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
