In rare cases, we may offer a free rescan if we are unable to get a clear image of your baby's face or determine gender during your paid session.

Can I come in for a scan if I am over 36 weeks?

Yes, although getting good pictures may be more challenging as the baby is larger. If you have good amniotic fluid, we can still capture nice images.

When should I come in for a 3D/4D ultrasound?

The optimal timing depends on what you want to see, with 26-32 weeks being the best for detailed facial features.

Is the 3D/4D/HD ultrasound covered by insurance?

No, insurance does not cover these elective ultrasounds.

What is an elective ultrasound?

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is an advanced diagnostic study that uses a strong magnetic field and radio waves to create very sharp images of the inside of your body.

How long does an MRI take?

MRI scans typically take from 15 to 45 minutes, but detailed studies may take longer.

What should I avoid on the day of my MRI?
