PocketHealth allows patients to access, store, and share their medical imaging records online securely.

What are the membership options?

There are two membership plans: Flex for $10/month and Unlimited for $49/year serving different storage needs.

How do I access my medical imaging records?

You can access your imaging records online after registering with PocketHealth.

What imaging services do you offer?

We provide a range of imaging services including X-Rays, Ultrasounds, Mammograms, and Bone Mineral Density tests.

Do I need an appointment for your services?

You can walk in for X-Ray services without an appointment, while Ultrasound and Mammogram services require scheduled appointments.

What should I bring for my appointment?

Please remember to bring your OHIP card and a requisition form for your imaging service.

What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Are ultrasound exams harmful?

When performed correctly, ultrasound exams are considered safe and do not emit harmful ionizing radiation.

What is a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer?

A diagnostic medical sonographer is a regulated professional trained to produce diagnostic images using sound wave energy, interpreting these images with a physician.

How do I prepare for my exam?

Patients may need to fast for at least 8 hours before an abdominal ultrasound to minimize gas, which interferes with imaging.

When will I get the results of my ultrasound?

Results are typically sent to your doctor within 24-48 hours after the exam, with immediate calls for urgent findings.

We no longer provide imaging records via CD. However, patients can access their imaging records through secure online access.
