We offer X-ray, Ultrasound, Bone Density Exams, Vascular Ultrasound, and Mammography services.

How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by taking a picture of your Requisition and texting it to 519 774 0117, emailing it to brg.reqs@gmail.com, or calling us at 519 752 6829.

What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you accept OHIP coverage?

Yes, we accept OHIP coverage, but additional fees may apply. Please check with us for more details.

What services do you offer?

We provide a range of diagnostic imaging services including X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Bone Density Scans and Body Composition Analysis.

How can I schedule an appointment?

You can contact us via phone or email to book an appointment at either of our locations.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

WRHN provides a wide range of services including Cardiac Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Digital Health, Emergency Care, and more.

How can I pay my bill?

Patients can pay their bills online through the WRHN website or in person at the administrative office.

How can I provide feedback about my experience?

You can provide feedback through in-person conversations, phone calls, letters, or email.

What should I do if I have concerns during my stay?

We encourage you to first discuss your concerns with your direct care provider. If unresolved, please speak with the Department Manager or contact the Patient Experience Coordinator.

Can I pick up my images to take to my doctor or specialist?

If your physician or a specialist requests that you bring a copy of your images, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will prepare a CD/DVD for you. We can also send copies of your report directly to another physician or specialist with your consent.

How can I renew my OHIP card?

For information on changing or renewing your health card, please refer to the official OHIP website.

Why can't the technologist tell me what they see?

Technologists are not legally permitted to disclose results; a doctor who specializes in interpreting these tests must read the examination.

How long does it take for my doctor to get the results?

Your doctor will typically receive the results of your test within 3-4 business days, if not sooner.

I was told not to eat or drink anything before my test. Can I take my medication?

If you have any medications you are concerned about, especially if you are diabetic, please inform the receptionist during your appointment booking.

How long will my test take?

Most tests take less than half an hour to complete, although some specific tests may take longer. It's advisable to check with the receptionist or technologist for a more accurate timing based on your examination.

Why do I need to book an appointment for some tests?

Certain tests require appointments due to necessary preparations or to ensure that specialized equipment and staff are available.

Why do you need to see my health card at every visit?

Your OHIP card is essential for processing payments for your tests. We need to verify your information at every visit to ensure proper reimbursement.

Why do I need to bring my requisition if I've already booked the appointment?

The requisition is a legal order from your doctor, and without it, we cannot perform any tests.

Why do I have to pay for my report ordered by my Chiropractor?

Reports requested by chiropractors are not covered by OHIP. This fee compensates the radiologist for their expertise in interpreting the imaging and preparing the report.

Do I need a requisition to make an appointment for a mammogram?

You can self-refer for mammograms at age 40, with no need for a referral. This service is covered by OHIP.
