Will I always get a beautiful image of my baby?

Image clarity varies based on several factors, including fluid amount, gestational age, and positioning of the baby. We strive to get the best images possible.

Can I bring guests? How many?

Yes, we welcome family and friends, with space for about 8-10 people.

When is the best time for a 3D/4D ultrasound?

We recommend 28-34 weeks, but it can differ based on when you prefer to see your baby.

When can I see my baby's gender?

Gender confirmation can start at 14 weeks. We also offer Sneak Peek DNA Testing from 6 weeks.

What is 8K Real View Imaging?

For an additional $30, this enhancement provides high-definition imagery, processed in Spain, and is best after 26 weeks.

Is this ultrasound covered by insurance?

No, as this is an elective procedure, insurance does not cover it. We accept various payment methods.

What is your refund policy?

We have a no-refund policy, but offer a rescan policy under specific conditions.

What is your rescan policy?

We provide one complimentary rescan if we cannot determine gender at 14+ weeks or fail to capture partial face images.

When should I come in for a session?

Come in at 6+ weeks for early gender reveal testing, ideally 10+ weeks for the heartbeat keepsake, 14-25 weeks for gender determination, and 25-30 weeks for best 5D viewing.
