Do I need an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required for all services.

How long does the 4D ultrasound take?

The session lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, but you may want to spend an hour to select and print your favorite images.

Can I bring my family and friends?

Yes, family and friends are encouraged to attend the session.

Can you tell the sex of the baby?

Yes, we can usually provide an indication of the baby's sex, but it may not be guaranteed.

Is the 4D ultrasound covered by Insurance?

No, this elective procedure is not covered by insurance and must be paid out of pocket.

What kind of ultrasound equipment do you use?

We use the state-of-the-art GE Voluson E6 for ultrasounds, known for its high quality 2D, 3D, and 4D imaging.

What can I do to improve my ultrasound images?

Drinking plenty of water in the week leading up to your appointment can improve image quality.

What if we are not able to get images?

If images cannot be obtained due to various factors, you may reschedule a free follow-up appointment within 14 days.

What are the office hours for Montgomery Medical?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
