When is the best time to have an ultrasound?

The optimal time for an ultrasound is between 14-26 weeks to view the baby's full body. For the best view of the baby's face, schedule it between 27 and 32 weeks as fat develops.

How can I be sure to get the best possible pictures?

Drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily in the week before your appointment can help ensure clear amniotic fluid. The baby's position and other factors may affect the outcome.

As these are elective ultrasounds, they cannot be filed to insurance. Payment options include major credit/debit cards and cash. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling.

We offer a range of OB/GYN services, including yearly gynecology exams, menopause management, robotic surgeries, and various reproductive health services.
