Will my insurance cover all your services?

While insurance will cover most of our physical therapy and nutritional services, we privately bill for the rest. We recommend checking with your insurance company about your coverage.

Do you direct bill my insurance?

Yes, we offer direct billing to most insurance companies, including Manitoba Public Insurance, Manitoba Blue Cross, The Great-West Life Assurance Company, and the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba.

What happens if direct billing for my insurance gets declined?

If your claim is declined, you will need to pay for the service at your appointment and contact your insurance company for further assistance.

Are any family physicians currently accepting new patients?

Currently, our family physicians are at capacity and are not accepting new patients.

What is your cancellation policy for physiotherapy?

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid being billed. In emergencies, please contact us to potentially waive the fee.
