Is 3D/4D ultrasound safe for me and my baby?

Yes, 3D and 4D ultrasound use the same frequency as standard 2D ultrasound. They have been safely used for over 35 years without proven side effects when performed correctly.

When is the best time to have a 3D/4D ultrasound?

Most mothers visit between 14-26 weeks for an overall view, and again at 25-34 weeks for better facial details. It becomes challenging to get good images after 34 weeks due to space constraints.

Will my insurance pay for my ultrasound?

No, as this is an elective procedure, we do not accept insurance.

How accurate is gender determination at 14 weeks?

We can determine gender with high accuracy at 14 weeks, and if it’s not visible, we offer a free follow-up appointment within 14 days.

What should I do prior to my appointment?

To improve imaging, it's recommended to drink plenty of water and one gallon for about 1-2 weeks before the appointment, along with juice half an hour before to awaken the baby.
