Does Imaging Excellence take insurance?

Currently, we do not accept insurance. All exams will be self-pay, but we provide an itemized receipt for insurance reimbursement.

How do I prepare for my Elective Exam?

Stay well-hydrated for 24-72 hours before your exam. Bring something sweet to eat or drink right before the exam to encourage baby movement.

How do I prepare for my diagnostic Exam?

Preparation varies for different diagnostics. You will receive specific instructions from us the day before your ultrasound.

How do I get my Diagnostic Ultrasound report?

The report will be faxed to your doctor after analysis. Please contact your doctor to discuss the results.

What if we can’t see the gender on my Gender Confirmation package?

You are allowed to return for a rescan if the gender wasn't visible.

What is your RESCAN policy?

Rescans are allowed at the discretion of the staff if it is determined that better images could have been captured.

How many people can I bring with me?

We can seat 5 comfortably, but we can accommodate up to 8 with prior notice.

When is it appropriate to schedule a virtual visit?

Virtual visits are suitable for urgent care, routine follow-ups, chronic disease management, medication management, reviewing test results, and lifestyle coaching.

What do I need for a virtual visit?

You need a device with a webcam, microphone, and a strong internet connection. Using Google Chrome is recommended for desktops, while the Healow app is suggested for mobile devices.

What can I expect during my visit?

Before your appointment, you'll receive an email to check-in and complete necessary steps such as consent form collection and copay payment.

How much does it cost?

Most insurance plans cover virtual visits. A copay will be collected during check-in, and if not covered, we can discuss payment plan options.
