If your baby is in an unfavorable position, we will do our best to obtain the best images and will schedule a complimentary rescan if necessary.

Does insurance cover elective ultrasounds?

Insurance typically does not cover elective ultrasounds. However, we provide various packages that fit different budgets and accept most payment forms, including HSA and FSA cards for diagnostic imaging.

Is ultrasound safe during pregnancy?

Yes, ultrasounds are safe for both mother and baby as they use sound waves instead of radiation to create images.

How many guests am I allowed to bring to my appointment?

You are allowed to bring up to six guests to the ultrasound room, and children may attend if accompanied by an adult.

How early can I come in to see my baby?

You can book your early pregnancy package starting at 5 weeks.

It is important for the mother to stay hydrated to get the best images. A full bladder is not required unless you are under 12 weeks.

In most cases, yes. If it's unclear, you can return for a free second appointment within two weeks. We guarantee gender determination or the exam is free. If you'd rather not find out, we won’t record that part.

How much time should I allow for the viewing?

Allow 45 minutes for a 3D/4D session and half an hour for a 2D session. Actual scanning is capped at 30 minutes for 3D/4D and 15-20 minutes for 2D.
