Capitol Imaging Services provides a wide range of imaging services including MRI, CT scans, ultrasounds, X-rays, mammograms, and more.

What should I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, you will need to complete some paperwork and might have a brief consultation with a technician about the procedure.

What types of ultrasounds do you offer?

We provide a variety of ultrasound services including abdominal ultrasounds, arterial ultrasounds, thyroid ultrasounds, and pelvic ultrasounds.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most insurance providers. Please contact us for specific coverage inquiries.

How can I book an appointment?

Does Imaging Excellence take insurance?

Currently, we do not accept insurance. All exams will be self-pay, but we provide an itemized receipt for insurance reimbursement.

How do I prepare for my Elective Exam?

Stay well-hydrated for 24-72 hours before your exam. Bring something sweet to eat or drink right before the exam to encourage baby movement.

How do I prepare for my diagnostic Exam?

Preparation varies for different diagnostics. You will receive specific instructions from us the day before your ultrasound.

How do I get my Diagnostic Ultrasound report?

The report will be faxed to your doctor after analysis. Please contact your doctor to discuss the results.

What if we can’t see the gender on my Gender Confirmation package?

You are allowed to return for a rescan if the gender wasn't visible.

What is your RESCAN policy?

Rescans are allowed at the discretion of the staff if it is determined that better images could have been captured.

How many people can I bring with me?

We can seat 5 comfortably, but we can accommodate up to 8 with prior notice.
