We offer various services including general family healthcare, lab services, X-rays, and aesthetic treatments.

Do you have in-house lab services?

Yes, we have a Quest representative on-site to handle laboratory needs.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

How much do you charge?

All our services are offered at no cost.

Do I need an appointment?

We do accept walk-ins, but scheduling an appointment will ensure someone is available to see you when you arrive. Please call (478) 216-5176 to speak with our scheduling team.

Macon: Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Warner Robins: Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Milledgeville: Monday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Tuesday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, Wednesday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, Thursday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.

How long will my appointment take?

We recommend you plan for one hour. To shorten the amount of time needed for your appointment, you can complete your intake paperwork ahead of time using our patient portal.

Who can come with me?

You are welcome to bring 1 adult guest of your choice, but the initial portion of the appointment will only involve you to honor your confidentiality.

How much privacy do you offer?

All information is kept confidential to the full extent allowable by law.

Do you provide transportation?

No, we do not provide transportation. However, we do have three locations to serve the Middle Georgia community.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a valid form of photo identification. Since our services are free of charge, proof of insurance is not needed.
