What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

What is Red Light Therapy?

Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses red light wavelengths to promote the reduction of body fat, improve skin appearance, and enhance overall health.

How much does the Body Contouring package cost?

Currently, the Body Contouring Red Light Therapy package is available for $75, which includes a full therapy session, V.I.B. Therapy Session, body composition analysis, and a weight loss consultation.

How long do the treatments take?

Each session typically takes no more than 20 minutes, allowing for easy integration into your schedule.

What services do you offer at North Grove Medical Park?

We offer a wide range of outpatient services including MRIs, X-Rays, CT scans, ultrasounds, laboratory services, and more.

Do I need a referral to make an appointment?

No referral is necessary; you can book an appointment directly.

What are your hours of operation?

Do you accept insurance?

Absolutely! Our Dad-to-Dad program and fatherhood mentoring services are designed to support fathers.

What types of ultrasound services do you offer?

We provide 3D, 4D, and HD Live ultrasound experiences as well as gender reveal items and Sneak Peek Clinical DNA Tests.

How long does it take to receive the ultrasound images?

Images and videos from your ultrasound session will be uploaded to Google Drive and sent to your email within 24 hours after your visit.

Can I book an appointment on weekends?

Currently, we only offer appointments from Monday to Thursday.

When is the best time to see my baby?

Any time is good, depending on what you'd like to see.

What can I do to get the best 3D/4D/HD images?

Stay hydrated by drinking half a gallon to a whole gallon of water daily for at least a week before your appointment.

Do I need a full bladder for my appointment?

If you are under 20 weeks, yes. Drink two bottles of water one hour before your appointment. Over 20 weeks, a full bladder is not necessary.

What is your refund policy?

We do not have a refund policy, but we do offer a rescan policy if the images are not clear due to the baby’s position.

What is the difference between 2D, 3D, and 4D ultrasound?

2D produces standard black and white images, 3D creates a three-dimensional image of the fetus, and 4D shows 3D imaging in motion.

Are the nurses licensed professionals?

Yes, our team consists of licensed professionals who have experience in NICU care.

Do I need to bring my own USB drive?

No, we provide all necessary USB drives to capture your special day.

What type of photos/videos do you capture?

We provide 2D, 3D, 4D, and HD photos and videos of your ultrasound. 2D offers standard black and white images, while 3D uses advanced technology to create detailed images of your baby. 4D lets you see your baby moving in the womb, and HD refines the 4D video for a clearer view.

Can my family join for the session?

Yes, up to 7 people can join you for your ultrasound session at no extra charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

How many times can I come back during my pregnancy?

You can come back as many times as you'd like! We offer various packages to meet your needs throughout your pregnancy, and you'll receive $10 off each additional visit.

How long do the sessions last?

Session lengths vary based on the package selected, ranging from 15 to 50 minutes. For older babies, we recommend planning for about an hour.

Can I get an extra Heartbeat Animal for my parents?

Yes, additional Heartbeat Animals can be purchased during your session for other family members.

Can I request a specific Heartbeat Animal?

Absolutely! If you have a specific Heartbeat Animal in mind, please inform us at least 2 weeks before your visit.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment by texting us to reschedule.

What if we are not able to get good 3D pictures of my baby's face?

If we are unable to obtain satisfactory 3D pictures of your baby's face, we offer a complimentary make-up session at a later date.
