What diagnostics are available on-site?

Dearborn Family Clinic provides on-site diagnostics including bone density tests, EKGs, ultrasounds, and digital X-rays, along with an on-site laboratory for blood and urine tests.

What infrastructure is needed before moving forward?

Adequate parking space and power supply (All of our systems require 480 Volt, 3 phase power with minimum 150 Amp service). If you don’t have the ability to provide direct access to the required power, we can arrange to set up a generator to provide the required power.

How fast can you implement and deliver?

That is logistics based, determined by distance and what is needed. From the day you place your order, we can have a mobile imaging unit on-site within 7 days, and in some cases, even sooner.

What specific make/model would be best for our needs?

The volume and specific needs of the tests that are performed will determine what would be the most cost-effective option for your needs.

How long can I rent a mobile imaging unit?

We rent our mobile imaging units anywhere from 1 week to 10+ years. Our goal is to help healthcare providers ensure that their patients are given the best care.

Does AMI only rent mobile MRI scanners?

No! We rent Mobile MRI, Mobile CT, Mobile PET/CT, and Mobile Nuclear Medicine units.

What is included in a mobile imaging rental?

Our rentals come complete with delivery, setup, applications training, full maintenance service on the scanner, and all mobile unit systems (HVAC, electrical systems, mechanical systems, etc.). Our rentals also come with 24/7 support.

What is the difference between 3D, 4D, and 5D ultrasounds?

3D ultrasounds provide still images of your baby, 4D ultrasounds offer real-time video, and 5D ultrasounds enhance the visual quality, creating the most lifelike images.

How early can I determine my baby's gender using 3D ultrasound?

Gender determination can typically be performed as early as 14 weeks with a 3D ultrasound, depending on the baby's position.

What should I bring to my ultrasound appointment?

It’s important to bring any necessary medical documentation, ID, and a full bladder (if directed by your provider). You may also want to bring family members to share in the experience.
