How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule appointments online through our patient portal or by calling our office directly.

How much do appointments cost?

Appointments are completely free; all you need to do is show up.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, we take walk-ins and will schedule your next appointment while you're there.

There is no catch. Just attend the appointment, earn while you learn, and walk out with the resources you need.

How do I earn the big stuff?

Car seats, strollers, and other larger items are obtained using Hope bucks, which are earned by completing simple homework related to the appointment.

How often can I come?

You can come weekly as we are open for appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

How long are appointments?

Appointments typically last about an hour to an hour and a half.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

You may bring family or friends for support; they can participate in parts of the appointment. However, for confidentiality reasons, there may be times we need to speak to you privately.

When is the best time for my 3D Ultrasound?

Many mothers choose to have multiple ultrasounds during pregnancy, especially between the second and third trimesters, to capture wonderful images of their baby.

What to expect to see between 15-28 weeks?

Between 15-27 weeks, the baby may appear thinner and facial features less developed, but there is more overall movement visible on the screen.

What to expect to see between 27-34 weeks?

From 27-34 weeks, the baby typically looks chubbier, the facial features are more developed, and focus often shifts to the face or specific body parts.

Do you accept insurance?

This is an elective ultrasound, so insurance is not applicable.

Can I bring people with me to view my ultrasound?

Yes, definitely! We highly encourage bringing family and friends to enjoy this experience.

What is the difference between 2D/3D/4D ultrasounds?

2D provides a flat, two dimensional, black and white image of your baby. A 3D ultrasound will capture an advanced three-dimensional image allowing you to see clear and well-defined structures of the baby. The latest 4D technology allows you to actually watch movements of the baby in a three-dimensional image.

What do I need to do to prepare for my upcoming ultrasound?

Drink lots of water and snack 15 minutes before your session.

What if my baby doesn't cooperate?

If your baby is sleepy or shy, you can come back for a second try for free on a Tuesday or a Wednesday.

Can I FaceTime or video chat during my ultrasound?

Yes, after verifying viability you can call all the friends and family you want.

Is there a no-show fee?

Yes, you will be charged a fee of $25 if you don't show to your appointment. You need to give us a 24 hour notice before your scheduled appointment for a cancellation.

How many pictures of my baby will I get?

Depending on the cooperation of your baby, you could get five to fifty. This also depends on the time allotted. There are pictures included with the bundles and more will be available for purchase.

What should I bring for my visit?

Please bring your photo identification, insurance card, and a list of your current medications.

Are there any restrictions on visiting hours?

Visiting hours vary, please check with the nursing staff for specific information.

Is smoking allowed on hospital premises?

No, smoking and tobacco use are not permitted inside the hospital or on its campus.
