What is the difference between 2D/3D/4D ultrasounds?

2D provides a flat, two dimensional, black and white image of your baby. A 3D ultrasound will capture an advanced three-dimensional image allowing you to see clear and well-defined structures of the baby. The latest 4D technology allows you to actually watch movements of the baby in a three-dimensional image.

What do I need to do to prepare for my upcoming ultrasound?

Drink lots of water and snack 15 minutes before your session.

What if my baby doesn't cooperate?

If your baby is sleepy or shy, you can come back for a second try for free on a Tuesday or a Wednesday.

Can I FaceTime or video chat during my ultrasound?

Yes, after verifying viability you can call all the friends and family you want.

Is there a no-show fee?

Yes, you will be charged a fee of $25 if you don't show to your appointment. You need to give us a 24 hour notice before your scheduled appointment for a cancellation.

How many pictures of my baby will I get?

Depending on the cooperation of your baby, you could get five to fifty. This also depends on the time allotted. There are pictures included with the bundles and more will be available for purchase.

What should I bring for my visit?

Please bring your photo identification, insurance card, and a list of your current medications.

Are there any restrictions on visiting hours?

Visiting hours vary, please check with the nursing staff for specific information.

Is smoking allowed on hospital premises?

No, smoking and tobacco use are not permitted inside the hospital or on its campus.

Yes, we offer free childcare for children aged 1-5 between 9 AM and 5 PM during the week.
