What services do you offer?

We provide a range of imaging services including Breast Imaging, Diagnostic Imaging, Interventional Radiology, and Vein Health.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

How do I send a billing question through the portal?

Log in to the patient portal, click on the Messages section, select 'Send a Message', choose 'Billing and Payments', complete your message, and we'll respond within 2 business days.

What payment methods are available?

We accept online payments through our secure portal, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), checks, and cash payments at our office.

How can I access billing information?

Billing information can be accessed via our patient portal, and for detailed questions, you can contact our billing team.

What should I do if I have questions about my insurance?

For insurance inquiries, you can access our insurance information section or contact our billing team at 978-774-2555.

What is the process to request FMLA or Disability forms?

Patients, employers, or disability companies must upload the blank FMLA or Disability form through our submission portal. After submission, Sharecare will contact you within 48 hours to collect payment.

What are the timelines for FMLA and Disability paperwork?

FMLA paperwork is completed within 2 weeks of submission. Short term disability applications must be approved by our office prior to submission.

What is the service fee for completing disability requests?

There is a $25.00 service fee per form for processing disability requests, payable at the time of submission.

Can I submit PFML forms before delivery?

No, PFML forms can only be completed after your date of delivery. Any prior submissions will be denied.
