An elective prenatal ultrasound provides a bonding experience for family members with the unborn baby, but it is not a substitute for a diagnostic ultrasound.

Is it safe? Are there any risks?

Extensive studies indicate that ultrasound does not cause harm to mother or baby; 3D/4D ultrasound uses similar technology to conventional scans.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required as services are provided by appointment only.

How far along should I be for a 3D/4D ultrasound?

It is recommended to schedule between the 26th and 34th week of pregnancy for the best images.

Can I bring family and friends?

Yes, clients are encouraged to bring family and friends to the ultrasound sessions.

Are any services covered by my medical insurance?

No, our ultrasounds are elective and not covered by insurance, and payment is required out-of-pocket.

What is the refund policy?

There is no refund policy but a re-scan policy is available if certain conditions are not met.
