What if the baby's face doesn't show?

We guarantee the baby's face will show during the scan. If it doesn't, you can return on another date at no extra cost.

When is the earliest I can get an ultrasound?

We recommend coming in at least 15 weeks to determine gender, and best face shots can be obtained after 28 weeks.

When is the latest I can get an ultrasound?

While we can capture great images up to 40 weeks, we advise scheduling around 31 weeks for the best results.

What items can I add to my package?

You can enhance your package with gender reveal items, DVDs, CDs, stuffed animals featuring your baby's heartbeat, online picture galleries, and other gift items.

What gender reveal items do you have?

Our options include smoke bombs, confetti poppers, balloons, and more.

How many people can I bring? Can I bring my kids?

We can comfortably seat 8, but many have brought up to 30. Kids are welcome and we provide toys to keep them entertained.

Do you need a deposit to book? How much?

Yes, a $25 deposit is required, which applies towards your appointment. You will receive a refund if you cancel at least 6 hours before.

Walk-ins are sometimes accepted, but we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.

What if you don’t manage to determine the gender during our session?

If we cannot determine the gender, you are welcome to come back for free!

2D is standard black and white imaging. 3D provides colored images for clarity, while 4D adds live motion to the 3D images.

What is your cancellation policy?
