Will I get my ultrasound reports and images?

Yes, for Diagnostic Ultrasound, if you request it, you will securely receive a detailed report and images reviewed by a board-certified radiologist via email within 48 hours. For 3D/4D Elective Ultrasound, you will also receive images captured during your session sent to you securely within 48 hours.

Can I use my health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) to pay for my diagnostic ultrasound?

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA. You will receive a detailed medical receipt for your records, and it is your responsibility to handle the necessary HSA/FSA paperwork.

Can I use my insurance to pay for my ultrasound?

No, Imaging Zen does not accept insurance for either diagnostic or elective ultrasounds. Payment is due in full at the time of service via cash or credit card, but you will get a receipt for possible reimbursement through your insurance.

What services do you provide for pregnant women?

Can I choose my maternity care provider?

When do I need to start getting mammograms?

Guidelines recommend starting mammograms at age 40 unless your family history dictates otherwise, then you should start mammograms ten years younger than the age your family member with breast cancer was diagnosed.

When do I need to start getting colonoscopies?

Guidelines recommend having your first colonoscopy at age 50 unless your family history dictates otherwise, then you should start colonoscopies ten years younger than the age your first-degree family member with colon cancer was diagnosed.
