MRI services are available Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday by special appointment. CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray services are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM by appointment only.

You should bring your current insurance card(s), co-pay information, a valid photo ID, a list of current medications and healthcare items, a copy of your medical records, your health history including chronic conditions and previous surgeries, any lifestyle changes or family issues, a list of specialists you’ve seen, your symptoms, contact information, and any questions you may have.
