If you are using VISTA, install the software as 'Administrator' by right-clicking the installation program and selecting 'Run as Administrator'. You only need to do this for the first installation.

For a 3D Baby Ultrasound, please stay well-hydrated 48 hours prior for better imaging. For 2D and Ovarian Follicle Count ultrasounds, you’ll need to empty your bladder before the scan.

How many guests can I bring with me?

You may have one additional guest with you during the session. We kindly ask that young children do not accompany you.

How do I receive my pictures?

After your session, you will receive a download link via text or email, and you’ll also get a physical copy of the best image to take home.

When is the best time for a 3D ultrasound scan?

The optimal time for a 3D ultrasound is between 26-32 weeks.

What if 3D images were not obtainable during my session?

If 3D images cannot be captured, you can return within a week at a discounted rate.

Are ultrasounds safe for my baby?
