How do I fill my bladder for my scan?

Empty your bladder two hours before the ultrasound. Drink 32 ounces of water 30 minutes before your ultrasound appointment.

What is the difference in 3D and 4D?

3D scans show still images of your baby, while 4D scans provide moving images.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcomed. We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance as we provide elective ultrasounds only.

What should I do before my appointment?

Increase your water intake to 96oz daily for at least a week, and have a snack prior to your appointment to encourage baby movement.

How far along do I have to be for gender determination?

Gender determinations start at 15 weeks gestation.

When is the best time for a 4D session?

Between 28 and 32 weeks for optimal facial features.

Can I bring family or friends?

Yes, you can bring family and friends. The ultrasound room accommodates seating for mom plus 4 guests.
