You can call the office at 905-985-9727 to schedule an appointment or walk in to speak to our friendly reception staff. Ensure you have your requisition available at the time of booking.
help_outline Do I need my health card?
Yes, it's essential to have a valid health card since we cannot perform Diagnostic Imaging exams without valid Health Care coverage.
help_outline Do I need to arrive a few minutes before my appointment?
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
help_outline Will you accept requisitions from other facilities?
Yes, we accept all requisitions issued by a licensed physician for any Diagnostic Clinic in Ontario.

In most cases, yes, but not all services are available each day. Please check with staff for coordination.

If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if there isn’t enough time left, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Staff at Port Perry Imaging are unable to share test results directly with patients; you must follow up with your medical physician.

No, X-rays are available on a walk-in basis and do not require a pre-booked appointment.

Waiting times depend on the number of patients ahead of you.

No, PPI does not perform ECGs, but we offer Echocardiograms.
