I had an outstanding experience in the ER! Brit Nyby provided remarkable care for my daughter, who has complex medical needs. She listened intently and showed genuine concern for our situation. Though we had to be life-flighted, I am immensely grateful for Brit's attentiveness and professionalism.

When we took our toddler to the ER recently, we were prepared for a wait. Despite that, the care we received was wonderful, especially the follow-up call from Tessa. It showed the true essence of community care. Thank you for your consideration and compassion.
