To become a patient, you can schedule an appointment by calling us at 318-388-4030 or through the Request an Appointment link. Existing patients from other facilities should fax their medical records to 318-807-0809.

Our office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM and does not close for lunch, although specific hours for walk-in labs are 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Appointment costs depend on the services provided during your visit. We process insurance claims if in-network and accept self-pay patients.
