My orthopedist directed me to Metairie Imaging for an MRI, and I was pleasantly surprised by how seamlessly everything was handled. They reached out to coordinate my appointment and took care of the insurance details. They also provided clear information about the out-of-pocket costs. The procedure was straightforward, lasting around 25-30 minutes, and they quickly sent the results to my doctor while also giving me a CD with my images. Overall, they made the process incredibly hassle-free and deserve a top rating!

The staff is incredibly caring, and the environment is pleasant and clean. I appreciated the option to listen to music during my MRI, which made the process much more relaxing. I would certainly recommend them to others.
