We are located right off of Broadway and 90th drive in Merrillville, IN.
help_outline How much will I have to pay when I get there?
Please be prepared to pay your out-of-pocket expense at the time of service. We verify your benefits ahead of time and can call you prior to your appointment to let you know what your insurance benefits are. Everyone’s out-of-pocket expense differs based on your personal insurance.

Some exams do require prep; however, you can refer to your specific exam prep instructions on the website to see how to prepare.

An MRI exam can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, while a CT scan is generally 10 to 45 minutes. An X-ray can require 10 to 30 minutes.
help_outline Do I need to have a doctor’s prescription to be seen at your facility?
Yes, a written prescription from your doctor is required to schedule and complete your exam.
help_outline Why do I have to change into a gown for my MRI examination?
Due to the increasing number of materials containing metallic threads, we require all patients to change into gowns for MRI exams to ensure patient safety.
help_outline When and how do I get my results of the scan?
The exam is read by our radiologist, and the results are forwarded to the referring physician within 24 hours. Discuss results with your physician.

You can request images on a CD by calling our facility. The initial CD is complimentary, but any additional copies will cost $5 each.
help_outline Do I have to fill out paperwork prior to the exam?
Yes, every patient must fill out a screening form before their visit. You can access the necessary paperwork online.
