For Medicare, Geisinger Health Plan, or Pennsylvania Medical Assistance, CommunityCare submits all covered charges directly. For Highmark, they may send payment directly to you, which will require immediate payment of total charges to CommunityCare. Other insurance plans require appropriate authorization forms for direct payments.
