If you do not confirm your appointment, it will be canceled.

You may cancel your appointment up to 6 hours before to avoid a $25 fee. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

We do not have a refund policy. If your baby does not cooperate, we will have you come back at no additional charge.
