I've visited this clinic a few times, and I've consistently had great experiences. Sometimes the waiting time can be longer than expected, but it's definitely worth it. Dr. Hillel stands out for being knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything to me and patiently address all my questions. I even brought my child here for a broken bone, and the office staff went out of their way to coordinate all the necessary appointments and followed up to ensure everything was okay. Kudos for an excellent experience!

My recent experiences with the staff were disappointing. After contracting a virus, I called twice seeking information about monoclonal antibodies but received no adequate assistance. They asked for personal information that should have indicated I needed urgent help as a senior. Now, three days have passed without a follow-up or proper guidance, making me question their concern for patient safety. It's troubling to consider the potential consequences of such negligence.
