Quality First Urgent Care

I've been here on two distinct occasions, and I've found the place to be quite calm, clean, and well-organized. The staff is very professional, and I received great care. I was seen promptly and treated in a reasonable time frame, plus they helped me find a local pharmacy that was still open late at night. Visiting this urgent care was much faster than the long wait I would have faced in an emergency room. I recommend this facility highly!

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. After contracting the virus, I reached out to them twice about receiving monoclonal antibodies without getting a call back that explained the situation. As a senior, my date of birth should have raised concerns, and now I've lost three days waiting. I wonder how many others might have faced similar negligence. I feel let down by their lack of response and care.
