I had a very good experience for my ultrasound at Aberdeen. The facility is clean and the staff was accommodating. The only downside was the waiting time, but overall, it was worth it.

The service at Aberdeen is top-notch. They accommodated my needs swiftly and professionally. I was particularly impressed with how quickly I received my results from the radiologist!
Frequently asked questions
help_outline How do I book an X-RAY OR ultrasound appointment?
X-ray services operate on a walk-in basis, but you can schedule an appointment for an X-ray on Saturdays (currently, the X-ray Department is closed on Saturdays). You can book an ultrasound through your physician's office by fax at 250-372-8318 or by phone.
help_outline How do I cancel or re-schedule an appointment?
To change your appointment, contact the office at 250-372-1145. A 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes is requested, and a $75 no-show fee applies for missed appointments or late cancellations.
help_outline Will I receive a reminder call for my appointment?
Yes, a reminder call will be made one to two business days before your appointment. If you prefer not to receive this call, please inform our staff when booking.
help_outline How long will I normally have to wait for an appointment?
Waiting times vary depending on the procedure, flexibility with appointment timings, and the time of year. Please allow at least one month for referral processing.
help_outline Will the technician tell me if they see anything wrong in my examination?
Technologists will not discuss results during the exam. Images are reviewed by radiologists, and a report will be sent to your doctor. Immediate attention will be communicated to your referring physician if necessary.
help_outline Can I see my images?
No, the X-ray and ultrasound images need to be assessed by a radiologist before a report is sent to your doctor’s office, which typically takes one to two business days.
help_outline When will my doctor receive a report?
Your physician will receive the examination report within one to two business days, and you’ll need to contact them to discuss the test results.
