I underwent cataract surgery in November and December, and both my husband and I were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of every staff member we encountered! Each person who prepared me asked for my name, date of birth, and which eye, and they did so with genuine smiles and direct eye contact. Despite handling countless patients daily, they made me feel singularly valued and welcomed! I extend my heartfelt gratitude for their exceptional service—they truly deserve recognition for their outstanding work!
