We have two locations: our main office at 910 Adams Street SE, Suite 300, Huntsville, and our Madison office at 8337 Highway 72 West, Suite 201.

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Closed on major holidays.

Yes, telehealth appointments are available with certain providers.

Most major insurances are accepted; however, we do not accept Medicaid and some Medicare providers.

To request medical records, please sign the release form and submit via email to medrechuntsville@clinicforwomen.com, fax to (256) 536-4109, or mail to 910 Adams St Suite 200, Huntsville, AL 35801.

We accept cash, credit, debit, and checks. Some providers also accept self-pay options.

Please call our scheduling department to inform them if you are running late.

Yes, there is a $25 fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment and for no-show appointments.
