What types of services do you offer?

We offer a variety of services including dry needling, ultrasounds, IV vitamin therapy, home care, and exercise classes. Additionally, we provide wound repair, weight loss programs, smoking cessation services, wellness exams, sports and employment physicals, and DOT physicals.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept insurance and will submit claims for primary insurance. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.

What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to schedule accordingly.

What are your clinic hours?

Our clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

How can I make a payment for services?

Payments can be made by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.
