We accept a variety of insurances, including Aetna, Amerigroup, Americhoice, Anthem BC/BS of Kentucky, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee (most plans), Cigna, Correct Care Solutions, Cover TN, First Health, Healthspring, Medicare, Medicaid, Medsolutions, OccuComp, One Call Medical, PHCS, Self Pay, Signature Health, TennCare Select, Third Party Liability, TRICARE, USA Managed Care/MCO, and Worker Compensation.
help_outline Do you accept payment plans?
Generally, we do not accept payment plans, but exceptions can be accommodated in cases of financial hardship. Payment is accepted by cash, check, or credit card.

Your exam will be performed by a registered technologist who has had extensive training in radiological procedures and equipment.
help_outline When will I get my results back?
Most patients' results will be sent to their physician within 24 hours of completion of the study. Your physician will notify you of your results at your next visit.
help_outline What if my doctor needs the films from my exam?
Clarksville Imaging Center is a filmless facility. However, we can burn a CD for your physician at their request with a 24-hour notice.
help_outline My child is going to be having an exam. Will I be able to stay with my child during the procedure?
If your child cannot complete the imaging exam alone, you may stay in the scan room with them after an appropriate safety screening process.
help_outline If I am unable to complete my exam may someone stay with me during my procedure?
A family member or friend may stay in the scan room with you if needed, after having undergone an appropriate safety screening process.
help_outline What does an MRI show that a CT Scan doesn't?
MRI is more sensitive to subtle changes in soft tissues, particularly in the brain and spinal cord. It is the primary imaging method for evaluating joints, particularly the knee, ankle, shoulder, and wrist.
help_outline Can you see bones on Ultrasound?
No, ultrasound only shows soft tissue organs as sound waves cannot penetrate bones or gas. Gas in the stomach and intestines can cause shadowing and sometimes obscure the organs.
