If you're looking for a cost-effective MRI option, Chicago Ridge Medical Imaging is the best choice! Is your MRI an Open MRI?

We offer a high field MRI suitable for patients who experience claustrophobia or have larger body types. Our high field MRI produces superior image quality compared to an open MRI, which is preferred by most physicians. To enhance comfort, a companion can stay in the room with you, we can play music, or you may bring your own music.

How do I schedule my appointment?

To schedule an appointment, please call us at (708) 423-1819 and speak with one of our scheduling specialists.

Do you have same day appointments?

Yes, we offer same day appointments. However, some insurance plans may require prior authorization or pre-certification for certain tests. For services like X-rays, EKGs, or Dexa Scans, you can usually walk in without an appointment.

Are you in-network or out of network?

We are in-network with most insurance providers. If you do not see your insurance listed on our site, please call us at (708) 423-1819 for assistance, as we frequently add new insurance carriers.

Is your facility handicap accessible?

Yes, our facility is equipped with handicap parking and accessibility features.

Do you accept personal injury and workers’ compensation cases?

Yes, we accept personal injury and workers' compensation cases if an attorney is involved and the case number is provided.

How long will it take for my doctor to receive a report?

Your doctor typically receives the report within 24 hours. For tests conducted on Friday or Saturday, the report will be sent on the following Monday. If immediate results are necessary, your doctor can obtain them within 1 hour.

Does your facility have accreditation?

Yes, we are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and Medicare.

Do you have Saturday and evening hours?

We are open on Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM and on weekdays until 6 PM. On Thursdays, we extend our hours until 7 PM. If you need later hours for testing, please let the scheduler know and we will try to accommodate you.

How will I be notified of my results?

Your doctor will receive your test results within 24 hours, and they will contact you. For tests on Friday or Saturday, reports will be delivered on Monday.
