We had a lovely time at Pix and Wiggles. The space was welcoming, and Jenna was extremely knowledgeable and caring. The only downside is that we wished the session could have been a bit longer!

Absolutely loved getting the 3D ultrasound at Pix and Wiggles! The technicians were professional and made the experience memorable. We are so grateful for the amazing images we received.
Frequently asked questions
help_outline Does this take the place of an ultrasound at my doctor's office?
Absolutely not! Women seeking an elective prenatal ultrasound with Pix and Wiggles, LLC must already be receiving treatment with a healthcare provider for prenatal care and have already undergone a diagnostic medical ultrasound ordered by their provider.
help_outline What is the difference between 2D, 3D and 4D ultrasounds?
A 2D ultrasound creates a black and white image, while a 3D ultrasound offers a three-dimensional profile of your baby, allowing you to see facial features. A 4D ultrasound presents 3D images in real time, similar to a movie.
help_outline What is HD LIVE?
HD LIVE enhances traditional 4D Ultrasound using advanced software, providing a more realistic image with improved skin tone.
help_outline When is the best timeframe for a 3D/4D ultrasound?
The best time is between 26-32 weeks, as the baby's facial features are easier to capture then. After 35 weeks, positioning can make it challenging to get clear images.
help_outline Are you able to determine the gender of my baby?
Yes, in most cases, but we can't guarantee it as factors like baby’s position and gestational age may affect visibility.
help_outline Can I bring other people to my appointment?
Yes, you are encouraged to bring family and friends! We can accommodate up to 6 people.
help_outline How can I get better images of my baby?
Drink at least 64 oz. of water daily for a week leading up to your appointment. Also, avoid eating at least 2 hours prior to prevent the baby from getting sleepy.
help_outline Do I need a full bladder?
Yes, during the first trimester; finish drinking 32 oz. of water an hour before. After 14 weeks, it’s not necessary.
help_outline Is 3D/4D ultrasound safe?
Yes, they are just as safe as 2D scans, with no form of radiation used.
help_outline Why can’t we listen to the baby’s heartbeat before 12 weeks?
Listening to a baby’s heartbeat requires stronger output power, so it’s safer to wait until the 2nd trimester.
help_outline Will I always get a beautiful image of my baby?
Usually, but certain factors can affect image quality; we will always strive to capture the best possible images.
