Despite providing all my insurance details, Schatzki Associates didn't process my insurance. After already settling my bill with Mount Auburn Hospital, I find myself receiving a bill from Schatzki Associates. Their billing department claims 'the system is down,' preventing me from getting the needed assistance. I'd recommend avoiding these people if possible.
